Please try and reset the preferences within Gameshow and launch in a new document. To do so, please go into the Help tab and select Send Support Information. From the preceding tab, please hit the reset preferences button from the bottom left of the window. At this time, relaunch Gameshow in a new document and attempt to authenticate your Streamlabs.
You may also want to try and clear your browser cache. This could help.
